Last updated: October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and inbid.in ("we") for using inbid.in.

The service

inbid.in is a public leaderboard of paid placements. Listings are ranked by the amount paid for them, as described in the rules. A rank is a placement on this site only; it is not a search engine ranking, review or endorsement, and we don't guarantee any traffic, clicks or results.

Accounts

You need an account to list and pay. You're responsible for activity on your account. Each account may list one product website or X profile.

Listings

You must own or be authorised to promote what you list, and it must follow the rules: no adult content, gambling, weapons, drugs, malware, scams, piracy, hate, impersonation, or anything illegal or deceptive. Listed projects must show valid company or owner details. We may review, edit the category of, or remove any listing at our discretion.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider and are final — see the refund policy. A rank is claimed only when the payment is confirmed. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless stated on your receipt.

Acceptable use

Don't interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, inflate clicks, or try to get a rank without paying for it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
